New verified user having difficulty posting

I have recently become a verified user and wanted to post in the car repair support section but I am unable to do so.

How do become able to post in other sections?

No, you're not verified, you're a "New User". This happens when we can't find you in our customer records based on the information you provide when you join the forum.
