Upgrade pricing for
registered VCDS (VAG-COM) users​

This upgrade adds unlimited VIN status to an Enthusiast (10 VIN Limit) Interface. It is only available to licensed, registered VCDS users in good standing with Ross-Tech.

Qualifying products have the following names:

HEX-NET Enthusiast
Quantity in Basket: None
Price: $169.00

Upgrade Enthusiast Interface to Unlimited VINs is not available yet. We will offer it soon so check back later.

For benefit of the OP, it's worth noting that HEX-NET FAQ page pricing hasn't been updated from HEX-NET's old beta/introductory pricing. I think HEX-NET's pricing scheme changed around the beginning of 2016. So, it's only a $19 uplift of the new-purchase price difference instead of $69.

Of course, the upgrade price may change by the time Ross-Tech makes it available.

update is very simple after bougth the update the Ross-tech support will sent a feat. code .

"1. If you are not already running VCDS version 16.8.4 or newer, download and install the latest version.
2. Connect the USB wire to the interface and to the Windows PC - no vehicle needed.
3. Start VCDS
4. Click [Options] and then [Config]. VCDS will launch our VCDS Interface Config Utility.
5. Click the "Update" tab and check for updates. The utility will update the interface.
6. Upon completion of any updates, Click the "Advanced" tab.
7. Enter the Feature code from above into the empty Feature field and then Click "Check Feat. Update"
The utility will establish communication with the Ross-Tech server to update the license for your HEX-NET."

This feature code is specific to your HEX-NET and only good for 5 calendar days from the date of this email. It will not work on any other HEX-NET nor will it work on day 6.
