It depends on installer of alarm system. Almost every car alarm have at least one "blocking" circuit that don't allow engine to start if alarm is triggered. Installer can use it or not. He can freely take any circuit of car's wiring, cut it and add a relay, controlled by car alarm. Some simply installations blocks starter or fuel pump. More advanced ones interrupts power supply of whole ECU or some ECU sensor circuits. As You know at the end of 90's Audi was one of most stolen brands in Eastern Europe. If alarm was installed when this car was new and expensive, probably You will find a lot of surprises in wiring :D

You can leave alarm and remote control, just remove blocking relays and connect back original wires to ECU ;)

Good idea. Two wires is splitted and connected by relays. Red/Black and Blue/Black. One more thing to mention, when I turn ignition on, i can't see ABS light, but at night i barely see that abs light is on just possible hidden under black tape :)

Some news for you guys. So, I managed to remove TCS light and engine cutting off issue. Problem was faulty alarm relay. Now I can start the car without turning ignition off and on :) Sad, but it didn't fix fault code on ABS module. Still the same code and I think that ABS light is still on, just I can't see it on day time.

Check communications between engine and ABS as per WD and advanced VCDS blocks for broadcast verification.

News for you guys. I checked the wiring from ABS module to instrument cluster and it looks fine. Also, I removed instrument cluster and I was hoping to find black tape under ABS light but there was nothing. So, I suspected burned LED. I checked resistance between ABS LED and it was 0.335 KOhms and the light which is working for example Airbag LED is 0.245 KOhms. It is not a big difference but I am not sure is it right or not. What do you think about that?

Damaged LED can't give fault code. LED could be damaged by someone who didn't know how to hide indication that ABS have faults but wanted to do it.

I checked all wires from ABS module except 10 and 11 pins. I am not sure how to check it because these wires is going to microchip. Any idea how to check them?

Pin 11 (A76) is K-line. If You have no connection here, You can't connect with diagnostics.
Pin 10 (A120) is called "stationary time". I have never pay attention what is this signal for. But it is not "ABS-TCS / Engine; Electrical Connection 2".

Try to recode ECU to match Your A6, as it is from A4.

When I do Auto-Scan or when I go to ABS module and I choose Faults, I can't see this fault anymore. The only thing is left when I go to ABS module and after I connect to it, Instrument cluster gives me TCS light and big handbrake sign in the middle together with 3 beeps. The same is when I do auto-scan. No fault, but tcs light, huge handbrake sign and 3 beeps. Possible, abs light would come on aswell, but it looks like somebody had this abs problem for so long time, that abs led is burnt :D I was thinking maybe my ecu not matching with my abs module? If somebody changed ecu but left the same abs module maybe it doesn't match?

Several brake warnings are normal when You connect to ABS with VCDS or whatever diagnostic equipment. If no fault codes stored and no warning lights on, You are done!
P.S. The same story for airbag - warning light in dashboard on when diagnostic equipment in active connection to Airbag module.
