VCDS License not working anymore

Hi i have problem with HEX+CAN interface license
i tryet with 3 diferent computers. And same problem. Interface not authorizet
communication with car works fine.

What kind of computer? Make, Model, CPU, RAM?
What version of Windows?
In what location do you have VCDS installed?
Have you tried re-installing VCDS or tried a fresh installation on a different computer?

I tryed on diferent computer and diferent OS
I use Windows XP SP3. Problem is with my interface license. I tryed same intalation with another interface and it works fine.

Maybe problem is with one of microchips. EPROM data. I don know.
Strange is that it works fine. Only lose some of license data.
