Ive used VCDS on many occasions but mainly to check faults etc. Now l want to learn as much as l can and get the benefit out of the system there's one question lm going to ask that may seem a no brainer. lm away to replace the oem stereo unit with something thats got satnav, bt etc etc. This unit is plug and play, so l have been told. But in general, If l add, something to the car that didnt come with it as an option, does VCDS pick this up during auto scan? lve been looking around here and google but dont really find anything to answer this question.
