Unable to download HEX-NET WiFi Configuration utility on MacOS 10.9.1

When I click on the DOWNLOAD button the little icon moves over to the Downoads folder but does not appear in the folder when the folder is opened. I do have JavaScript enabled in Safari.

Have any other MacOS users experience this? Is there a way around it?

I just downloaded it on my mac and did not have any issues. have you tried clearing cookies? Are you looking at the download directory outside of safari?

It download fine for me in Safari, Chrome, and FireFox on Mac.

You may want to check in Options in Safari to see if 'Open "Safe" Files After Download' is not checked.

You may also have to set the Security and Privacy setting to "Allow applications downloaded from: Anywhere" . Further instructions can be found here:

I tried all suggestions with Safari with no apparent luck so I downloaded Firefox and had success. I had to also download a an Oracle file of some sort to get the Java file to work.

Edit: The Oracle file was Java Platform (JDK) 7u51

Success! I got the HEX-NET on WiFi and was then able to update my HEX-NET.
