Hex-USB-CAN USB Interface Not Found - Windows 11

I had this solved a couple of years ago when I got this new laptop and have not used VCSD in about a year. Now I can't connect my VCDS cable to the laptop.

I've turned off the Memory Integrator
Disabled AVG Antivirus
Clicked Install legacy drivers
and ran the DPInt as administrator.

Still won't connect. Both W11 and VCDS are at the newest versions and I don't know what else to try.

There's a very high degree of probability that you're using a pirate/clone interface rather than a genuine one. Post a photo of the interface with the serial number visible, please.

I don't think so. The serial number he provided when he joined was legit, although registered to somebody else, hence the following in his profile:

I tried following the sticky but when I had to choose the new downloaded driver, I didn't know which file (after extracting it, so I tried each sub-folder) but kept getting the same error message saying that I already had the best driver installed and it pointed me to the Ross Tech Drivers.

I saw someone had the same problem on the sticky but I didn't see an answer to his problem.
Oh, my interface is a legit cable.

Wait. I figured it out. I had to zoom in on the pictures and figured it out. Thanks for the help.
