Hello everyone,
I am facing a problem with a Volkswagen Jetta MK6 2.5 L (USA market, automatic transmission).
The original ABS module burned down completely (the main processor is dead and doesn't communicate at all). Because of this, I was unable to read or save the original Long Coding from it.
I have already installed an identical replacement used ABS module with the exact same part number. Since it came from another car, it currently shows either all zeros or incorrect coding, and the dash is lit up like a Christmas tree.
I would highly appreciate it if someone could help me generate or calculate the correct Long Coding string for my car based on the VIN and vehicle specs.
Here are the details:
- VIN: 3VWDX7AJ4BM321789
- Car: VW Jetta MK6 (2011, USA)
- Engine: 2.5 L inline-5 (CBTA/CBUA)
- Transmission: Automatic (6-speed)
- ABS Module Part Number: 1K0 907 379 BC (Continental MK60EC1)
I am using Vasya Diagnost / VCDS for coding. If you need any additional info about the PR-codes or brake sizes, please let me know.
Thank you in advance for your help!
