Hello,
I have replaced the ABS module in this vehicle and have gotten the 063 and 066 functions to read "OK" but having difficulty with the 060 to program and could use some assistance as I have tried numerous times to perform the reset as shown in the video.
LONG STORY:
I purchased the vehicle from someone who was told that the dealership advised a new ABS module. I pulled these codes from my scanner, prior to my VCDS purchase: 02214-002, 01325-004, 01542-012. The dash had illuminated traction control and TPMS warnings that would sometimes disappear completely after driving long distances, but would always re-illuminate at start-up.
I removed the module and sent it for repair. I was told that it was too low of voltage on a bench test to repair, and they sold me a rebuilt module as well as returning my module. I later discovered this business had a poor reputation, but here we are now. Both modules are identical part numbers. It was then that I purchased the VCDS as the programming seemed straight forward. I copied the long coding from the "original" module (providing they sent me the module I sent them) and then installed the replacement module. I did have challenges getting the replacement to accept the long coding but I believe it finally accepted it.
