Started with a Particulate filter code and before I could fix that code the malfunction light of the flashing coil, Installed another particulate filter and that code left. Had a transmission code and it left with the filter.
Installed a new map sensor, Boost controller and checked line for leaks. Checked the actuator for the waste gate and it moved and held vacuum. Removed the intercooler and cleaned it as it was pretty dirty.
Under engine-basics did a turbo test, engine ran at 1400rpms and finished correctly as did the adaptation of the turbo.

Start the car and it has nothing lit up. Runs great for about a half mile and the malfunction light comes on and sometime the engine light. Shut it off and re-start and it runs great for about a half mile. Have borescope both sides of the turbo, zero damage to blades, alot of soot on exhaust side. removed the plastic fitting so I could get a finger into the intake side and was able to spin the turbo and it had a smooth rotation.
