Golf r 2016, evap and fuel system monitor still Incomplete even after running thru engine test

First, I was was so relieved running hex-v2 on my car and getting the 02 and catalytic sensors into ready state. I've wasted a lot of time trying to use the drive cycle so thank you for this tool!!
That said, my EVAP and Fuel System Monitor still read incomplete. I've read the EVAP is sensitive to how much gas is in the car (supposed to be 1/4 - 3/4 full but mine is full).
Is this accurate?

I'm not a car person at all so I have some basic questions.

1) which sensor clears first? EVAP or Fuel System Monitor?
2) is there anything special I should do to target them? Should I erase all the settings and rerun the test and just hope they all get reset?

Without knowledge of the ECU's internal logic flow (which we don't have), I can't say.

In principle that's how it's supposed to be done, but there's also the possibility that you'll make things worse.

Now I gotta ask: Is this car "tuned" in any way?

Thanks for getting back to me.

Yes, I have the APR TCU tuning as well as some stage 3 ECU tuning for the APR DTR6054 Direct Replacement Turbo Charger System with LPFP & HPFP (2.0T EA888.3 Trans).
However, it's sold as not affecting any emissions testing so that I should pass inspection.

Any tips/tricks to get the EVAP or Fuel System Monitor ready for inspection?
