Audi A7, 3.0T 2012
My AC not working because the AC control valve is not receiving current from comfort module J519. i was trying to limit the problem, The final situation now, i cut the 2 wires at the fusebox in the plenum chamber, which are going to the AC control valve (Blue and Brown wires), just to avoid any wire problems in the engine bay. I connected directly to a new N280 valve at the plenum chamber. Still the same problem. So now we can confirm that there is no short in wires at the engine bay and the N280 is not the problem. also wire is healthy from the module J519 to the plenum box (I tested it).
The problem is that something is throwing current 1020mA at the circuit, while the specified current is 700mA, which cause the J519 to restrict the job and stop AC from working.
when i get life data for the current, when i turn AC on, voltage is 700 then go down to 0 , trying again 700 then 0.
For your information, i am thinking that this problem happened because i had a short in the N280 wires before, they were touched together and touched to the other wires.
I checked all Fuses, they are OK
I was told by the AI that the problem in the module J519 what had a blown transistor caused by the wires short.
Now i think problem is limited between module 08 and module 019
