Hex-V2 Driver Not Found

After uninstalling and re-installing VCDS Options/Test results in “Ross-Tech USB Driver not found” pop-up. We-install did not allow me to select “Fix for HID power mgmt for HV2.”

Windows 11 running on VMware Fusion/Mac

LOL! That's clone/pirate copy of a HEX-V2, made of the finest Chinesium. So I am not at all surprised it doesn't work. In fact, I would consider that a feature, not a bug.

You should return it and demand a full refund. If no refund is forthcoming, you should take the matter up with your payment processor and/or law enforcement authorities.
