2024 Audi Q3 not recognized

Version 26.3 doesn't recognize my 2024 Q3. I'm using HEX-CAN USB. Am I missing something?

I think you will probably need "HEX-V2" for your 2024 Audi Q3

Unfortunately we are jumping in our car for a four day trip. I thought I would bring my lap top just in case. When I tried it this morning it did not work. I will respond when
I get back on Sunday. I will try to connect on the road.

According to our records, you have a HEX+CAN from 2008, which isn't really compatible with any 2023 car. But you also have a HEX-V2 from 2022. Maybe try that one?
