Are there any tweaks available for the US spec 2026/27 Q3?

thinking about making the purchase if the dealer gets whe one were after in a 26 model if not they offered to order in a 27 for us with no oblighation. I dont see much for these yet, are there any changes that can be made?
any help is appreciated thanks
