You have to deactivate in 17 Dashboard Byte 10 -> Bit 7 as Joker Button is mostly a Audi Feature and also was inactive in old value

So i will anwer it myself:

Yes i extended the towbar, while it seem not necessary to have the trailer connected.

What has to be done:

STG 10 > Coding > Byte 00 > Bit 3 activate
STG 17 > Coding > Byte 12 > Bit 5 activate
STR 17 ->Coding > Byte 10 ->Bit 7 decativate
STG 6C > Coding > Byte 10 > Bit 3 activate

These settings have to be changed:

STR 5F disable:
menu_display_trailer_assistant_after_disclaimer","not activated"
menu_display_trailer_assistant_over_threshold_high","not activated"
Trailer_Assistant_0x36","not activated"
Trailer_Assistant_msg_bus_0x36","none"

and i had to reset the MMI (Press Home Button for 10sec).


There was an issue to Change Adp, i got this error (sorry i used german version):

I did not take the new value and i also got the error 31 in some cases.

What i did:

(1) revert the complete coding in STR 10,17,6C
(2) change the adaption channel
(3) put back the coding
(4) reset MMI (oress Home Button for 10sec).

I got error 31 in some codings and had to split it. There seem to be dependencies and if i code it byte by byte it worked.

This is not needed in MQB Legacy cars and will bring issues in RVC System like your case
