Hello,
I bought VCDS to help with this new to me car. After running a full scan, I looked at the cam phase angle to check the health of the timing chain.
The full scan showed many faults most of which were from me disconnecting the battery during the DSG service. The timing chain numbers look OK but here's the problem:
After the scan and clearing the faults, the radio no longer powers up and the FOB no longer works remotely. I can still open the doors with the key and start the car but no FOB response.
Any ideas?
