Hello people,
I am trying to retrofit an Ambient Lights kit on the above vehicle. I have installed the package and connected it all, and I can use it via a mobile app it comes with.
I now want to try and enable the car MMI menu to also control it from there.
Can someone please help with the right changes to make? And before that, I think the car comes with SFD protection. Would I need to unlock this, and if so, whats the best approach for this for someone like me without the unlimited VIN version of the tool
EDIT on this -> I see that SFD is disabled when I open the hood, but every time I try to make an adaptation/coding on a module it says it needs a security access code, and when I do enter one it says its not supported by control module. I think I am missing something but for the love of god I cant find what.
