I have a 01044 code my windows won't move at all. No broken wires, no burnt fuses, new switches for drivers side (even tho there was nothing wrong with the old one) so I got my car running, it past smog and I got my tags. But now my windows won't move. Went into the comfort settings and it was looking for a sun roof I don't have. (Yes I know its been a nightmare.) Buy hey I got it done all on my own when people told me just to get rid of it or buy a new one and put it on the back burner. Anyways can someone point me in the right direction on how to fix my windows? Or is there a way to "hotwire" them so I can get some air. It's extremely hot where I live.

Cool story, Bro, but a bit more context might be useful here. Things like what vehicle, and an Auto-Scan.

Hello,

Thanks for posting your questions... I would say you will need to check the Coding of the controller that has the 01044 fault code.

Also, posting a complete vehicle Auto-Scan would be great, as we have no idea what vehicle you are working on.

Thank you,

drpeter
