Plug it into some car, any car, not necessarily a VW/Audi product. [Options] -> [Test] again. "Questionable" should go away then.

You are right..i tested it in car..was able to use it with no problem. The status changed from QUESTIONABLE to READY when plugged in car. Thanks.
