Rosstech USB Interface Not Found! HEX+CAN hardware HCA77722

Hello
One of my Cables stopped working suddenly with the above errors showing up when i urgently need it to fix my car. I have tried the Options>Test but say interface not found though I used the VCDS last week. I have run through basic troubleshooting. Under Device Manager and Universal serial bus controllers, I see the yellow exclamation mark on icon I tried to update drivers but says the device already has the correct driver installed. I have updated my anti virus and cleared unwanted browsing data etc but still no success. Looks like something is hiding or preventing the needed drivers for the device?I will need help as I haven't seen such error before since joining this forum. I have attached screen shots for further assistance. Help appreciated!

oh so it means this interface has become unusable any longer? Is that the case based on what im reading above? or can it work with windows 10??
Yes I ordered the HEX-Net but later gifted it to my brother so I dont have that anymore.

This has happen at the time when i have emergency and urgent need and use of such great tool thats why

We believe so. It is our understanding that this new driver policy from Microsoft only affects Windows 11, but we have not verified this.

oh then i guess the only option is to try windows 10..but i will soon have to order another HEX_NET unit.

If you don't need the WiFi features, you could get a HEX-V2 for less money.

oh good to know..and this HEX-V2 can handle all applications for models up to 2026 AUDI VW Group vehicles? Does it also qualify for the exchange program if I turn in my old HEX-CAN unit??

I am ready to order the new cable/connector HEX-V2 but seeing that it is limited to a max of 10 VINs only? what does this actually mean? ater autoscanning 10 vehicles with different VINs this connector wont work anymore or what? Please clarify thanks

Except Lamborghini, which requires a HEX-NET. I don't want to assume you work on them, but don't want to assume you don't either

An autoscan does not require you to use a VIN. However advanced functions typically will (adaptation, output tests, basic settings...)

I finally ordered the HEXNet unit and received today..when i did the Options>Test> the results shows: Status- QUESTIONABLE but head unit was not connected to car yet just the USB port on my PC.
Is there anything I should know or do before taking the device to a car location needing service?

Plug it into some car, any car, not necessarily a VW/Audi product. [Options] -> [Test] again. "Questionable" should go away then.
