Beware, this is an ugly scan. 
I'll post a 'cleaner' scan tomorrow as I think some of these faults may have disappeared while driving around. To my knowledge, these are the original coding values, I can't imagine anyone has messed with this vehicle other than the CCM wiring harness being damaged, or water logged. I'm unsure if this is useful information as I'm sure Ross-Tech, UWE & the like are probably focusing on the latest & greatest, but I'm posting it here in the hopes it helps in some capacity.
