VCDS in the uk

Is there a VCDS distributor in the uk? I was looking for help on some basic settings recoding and told what i was borrowing is a clone? Ive give it back as its no help. Question is would a genuine HEX-V2 and software help with my problems with the basic settings ? I had lock set, bcm, ecu, dash etc replaced but its complaining about steering and abs etc

On what car are you asking about? Did I miss the details?

In general, yes, VCDS has the ability to code, run basic settings, and adapt.. It can also exercise the built in test programs referred to as "Output Tests".
