P2026 00 [00100111] - Signal too Low

Generally, any DTC that is "Signal too Low" is some sort of open circuit or similar issue. Where this becomes a bit fun is the wiring diagram for the CXBB engine doesn't make any reference any sort of EVAP temp sensor.

The temp sensor is part of the Fuel Tank Leak Detection Control Module (J909) in the wiring diagram. In most cases it is located behind the right rear wheel. A somewhat common issue is for one of the wires for the J909 to fail and cause the open circuit:
