2012 Audi Q7 TDI

Ok fellas I need some help! Had to get our Q7 towed the other day. It was running rough and had no throttle response at all. Felt like it was missing on several cylinders. Finally got vcds hooked to it and pulled and recorded codes before start up and cleared and after start up. Also, checked cam phase start and end and recorded the chart, but i am unsure of what I should be looking for with that as good and not good values. I put links at the bottom to the 3 records to help out I also took a video but I think the mic distorts too much of it to really get a clear sound of it running. I just had tires put on it and it was running fine for a day or two then yesterday morning it threw in the towel.

When I cleared the codes before I started it this code came back immediately, feel like it could be the issues not allowing the engine to breathe. I feel like it does have a slight timing chain rattle at initial start up (could also be more of me being paranoid) but I feel like it had other codes active and either a hard knock or a no start.

Any help would be great because we use this primarily for a family car and need to get it backup and running as soon as possible. Just wanted to get some more feed back.
