VW Golf VII, auto hold problem

Hi to all,
I need some help or advice regarding my VW Golf VII. Everything was working perfectly before I did some coding for the needle swapping and turned off the seat belt warning. However, I have had some issues since then. The auto hold function doesn't work anymore, and the electric handbrake doesn't release automatically. The car has a manual transmission. Can somebody please tell me why this happened and how to fix it with VCDS? Thank you.
