Long coding kicks me out

Every time i try to use long coding it kicks me out after about 5 seconds. Any Ideas

VCDS and adapter all updated.

Please explain what you mean by, "kicks me out".

When i get to coding section and click on long coding it briefly loads then closes the long coding section back to coding.
