I have it on good authority that Audi will install a non-functioning 3rd pedal in the Nuvolari for you for a cool $10K extra. The pedal won't do anything but it will be attached to a heavy spring so the driver thinks that they are driving a manual trans.

Not sure why but many car maker seems to think that an EV or exotic needs to have a very unattractive (to most people) front end styling. My guess is that's the only means to "get noticed".
