i format my pc and i re-install VCDS, but i can not use,,, how can i do

I format my pc, and I re-install VCDS. ross-tech driver was installed.

but I tried connect my pc and car and cable.

all connection was good.

But I couldn't use VCDS because some error on VCDS.


VCDS showed error message..

"Ross-Tech USB Interpace Not Found!
USB Library Version; 03.02.07
Inteface: Not Found!


How can I do?

Did you do the normal install where it installs the Windows Driver Package - Ross-Tech USB Driver Package (05/12/2014 2.10.00) near the end of the install?

Which OS are you using?

Check Universal Serial Bus controllers in Device Manager?

Do the cable LED's light up?

i installed windows drivers package end of the install. in windows 7 32bit

led's normal light up, green color light up..

With interface not plugged into computer, open Device Manager.

Plug interface into computer (no car needed).

Does anything appear in Device Manager?
