You can't log anything if the motor doesn't run.
I also doubt you still have a lambda sensor if it's got a hood stack....... I wouldn't be surprised if the EGT sensor was also scrapped.... people with stalks usually just want to roll coal, so I can't imagine anyone caring about EGTs
You'll have a hard time logging sensors that were removed, and even if you log a sensor, how do we know that the tune even relies on it?
Did you contact your tuna to know what maps\sensors are being used, or what's been "deleted"?

I just contacted the tune company, asked what sensors were removed from the programming, hopefully they'll respond. The car does run. Fires up everytime no problem. Just in limp mode. I know that when I put the stock tune back in the scan diff see all the disconnected sensor. I saved that log from that scan if you want to see that one. But it was just a scan, not a running log. Sorry for your neighbors, I'm sure your head is now popping thru to their side lol that is all I just bash mine of the shops concrete floor! I hate the stack, but don't mind the problematic dpf being removed. Is what it is, for the wife and she loves the stupid stack, won't let me just run a normal exhaust. But after a few washes I'm hoping she'll change her mind lol

Why can't you look at your exhaust manifold and stalk to see if it still contains any sensors?
You have Haltech stand alone experience... you must be able to see if sensors are there, if they are connected to anything, and if the ECU is getting any info from them no?

How about restoring coms to that slushbox?

There is an o2 sensor in the stack. As for my haltech, yes I installed that, but that car did not have dpf or egr. So not completely fluent with that. And I had a shop do the tune/ tuning on the haltech, so I don't know the ins and outs entirely on the software end or exactly what I'm looking at on the computer. But with a Gibbs slap on the back of the head things usually click. Allot of second guessing on my end instead of just doing. I'll try to be a little more confident with the use of the vcds. Hopefully next message will have more to work with or I will have pinpointed the issue for the p0641. Thank you for your patients and helping.

So my apologies, I am not a diagnostics guy, I am the monkey behind the wrench, I take thing apart and put them back together new or modified goodies.
I didn't get it up to temp because my shop is not ventilated for running vehicles, It's cold AF right now so I didn't open the shop door. I ran it for just a few, does not look like I selected the correct o2 sensor in the selection, or if this spread sheet will give you any usable information. The map was reading 1020 for barometric pressure and it is currently 1032 in my location. in the selection there are multiples of what looks like the same thing and some highlighted in purple, dont know if the purple means the car has that or it doesn't. I will get my shop door open tomorrow and get it to temp hopefully now the temps sensors are working and get a longer log with hopefully the needed sensors.

I am a certified polaris tech, I don't specialize in the diagnostic end, we have a different tech that does that, I do the actual physical part with wrenches and physical tools and parts, not the sitting in front of a computer part. There are different types of techs, are you thick?

Let's give this another try with hopefully the correct log. Tried cam position and it didn't seem to read any i selected, allot of the selections seemed to not show anything. These were one that were reading, engine speed, high pressure fuel rail, coolant maf, accelerator, o2, map didn't move. Didn't look at the last upload, shit happens.
