I keep accidentally hitting the paddle shifters and changing gears when I’m turning on my 2017 Touran DSG. Is there anyway to disable them whilst still leaving the ability to manually change gear with the stick shifter?

Hmm, the documentation I have indicates 16-Steering wheel, Byte 1, Bit 4 determines whether your steering wheel has those, but that bit is already off in your coding.
