Hi

Had 2 injectors failure, (1 & 4) - CR didn't go over 1100hpa pressure.
Friendly workshop replaced HPFP, CR sensor, CR pressure regulator and 2 injectors...

Now I have

Please start with posing an Autoscan !!

32110 - Particulate Filter (Bank 1) P226D 00 [11101100] - Damaged or Substrate Missing
You are unlikely to get a more accurate DTC description than that one - Pretty Clear it is !!

The module uses the (differential) pressure sensor to come to that conclusion.

Disconnect the plug on that sensor, clear the code run the engine a look to see what comes back.

If you have a gauge you can test the accuracy of that sensor - Is it 1 pipe or 2 pipes !

@Uwe @Dr Sheldon any other suggestions beyond disconnecting pressure sensor ?

Car had issue with injectors, and made some 100km on black smoke before reaching workshop, my meaning - DPF for sure is not death (100k on car), will it be G450 (pressure) or G784 (soot) sensor ?

I mean (he dosn't even start "burning" procedure):

Code:
Particle sensor: time in op. mode measurement: 0.0 s
Particle sensor: measuring current calculated: 0.0 A

Answer these questions !! 🔝

will it be G450 (pressure) or G784 (soot) sensor ?
Can I get an answer please - my questions are designed by me to help you !

Answering a question with a question as you are doing is counter productive !!

If you are ignoring my help than can I call it ignorance ? Pease advise ?

If its blowing black smoke out the back the soot trap isn't working and the DPF is damaged.

Not anymore - it has been repaired, now just 1000km after repair - replacement HPFP, and 2 of 4 injectors it’s ok - no black smoke.
The problem described above comes - every 200-250 km when ECU wish to burn DPF.

Looks like G784 can’t start the procedure - and the DPF burnout is not not assumed as completed.
Looking at spec sensor 03N906261B at DAVA engine is doing same procedure as DPF itself (correct me if I’m wrong).

Thus results of G784 are taken as result of DPF burnout - but as it can’t start procedure - then DPF burnout is aborted (even if it was successful?)

Having in mind above disconnecting pressure sensor will go nowhere as those don’t report the problem itself, and they should if not ok as G784 will act afterwards.

Please correct me if I’m wrong.

If it ever blew black smoke out of the exhaust, and the DPF has not been replaced, then the DPF is damaged. There is no way for black smoke to get past an undamaged DPF.

Assuming you're Oracle @Uwe - ups I need to change it....
(If not mistaken soot/ash capacity is the trigger to change | physical damage, not insufficient flow thru..)

However, problem is solved with replacement of G784... and Emissions are normative... (at least with service regeneration)
Preventive we did also G450 (as it was showing first pressure as negative)
