Vag Com ceased to exist nearly 20 years ago as I recall. VCDS (not vcsd) is what Ross Tech now retail as their diagnostic program. If you have or are still using a product that no longer exists then you should update your software to the latest version of VCDS. If you have a cable that can support this latest version then it's free to do so. If you don't have a cable that supports the latest version then you need to buy one.

In essence, it appears as though you're not a customer of Ross Tech, so you'll get very limited support here because (as previously stated) this forum is run by Ross Tech for technical support of their customers. Become a customer, get support. Simples.
