Audi Allroad C5 Xenon to Halogen coding

Hi !

Im new here and got my self a Hex-v2.

I have change my headlights to halogen due to broken and ugly OG xenon. I bought the clearglass front headlights from a Audi C5 and everything works. I though have faultcode on the dash for headlight adjustment. Where can i code in Halogen instead ?

Generally module 55 needs to be removed from the vehicle as halogen headlights can't make use of it - those have a manual dial next to the headlight switch for leveling the headlights, which you've fitted, right?

But ive read earlier posts that you can code halogen to xenon. No i havent change the light switch. Didnt think it was nesseceary just to get rid of faultcode. I know you need it later for adjustment and mot. Is that enough to make it work ?

A6 C5 has no digital electronics providing voltage for the exterior lighting, so no coding the CECM or BCM as in newer vehicles. Module 55 has no use for halogen headlights. What have you got to lose? Try it
