2024 VW Crafter CR35 electronic parking brake service mode issue

Good morning,

We are having an issue trying to get the electronic parking brake to go into service mode, (start lining change) on a VW Crafter 2024 manual transmission box van.

I have followed the YouTube guidance video on how to access this and the updated route to find the parking brake in abs/brakes - basic settings - IDE03331- start lining change mode.

When I click GO..... I get ERROR: Unkown (0x00)

FYI,
1) I did have the battery charger on the battery.
2) Park brake lever in released position.
3) Checked Error codes were not present in fault code menu.
4) Checked for software updates. And VCDS is update.

Also tried shutting everything down and restarting again.... Unfortunately still the same issue?

The parking brake works fine, no issues.

Have you seen this before?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
