My 2015 Audi A4 8k has sound problems. A scan shows the following for Address 56 Radio -
dtc 02558 for left rear speaker R159
dtc 02559 for right rear speaker R160
Both are 011 Open Circuit
Optical Bus scan shows no faults.
The MMI is 3G+ based on the software version HN+_EU_AU3G_P0814 and has 10 speakers
A sequential speaker test resulted in sound from speakers in both front doors being interrupted but nothing was observed happening at any of the other locations. What should be the reaction to the test ? Is an interruption in sound confirmation that there is a circuit to the particular speaker ?
I am surprised that the tweeters can be addressed separately as i thought local frequency splitting would have been used.
Any feedback would be really appreciated
