I have made a backup of my original controller channel map, saved to CSV files. How can I now make another one without overwriting my backup?

Sorry, I feel like I'm making a lot of threads lately, but I googled, searched and read Controller Channels Map Screen and Control Module Maps Wiki.
Can someone clarify how to make another VCDS Full backup with measuring values and adaptations without overwriting my backup? Do I just copy the logs and scans folders to another location? I haven't tried restoring, so I don't know if it gives you the option to choose a backup to restore from in VCDS.
I've got the car pretty much perfect now and just want to store all my coding and adaptations separately from my original backup.
Also, as per this thread, CSV backup is different to RAW HEX backup. Can the CSV file be converted to RAW HEX?

Thanks

No, not in practice.

Yes, note the date and time so you can Identify the files ; or you can add some note to the present file name.

Although not really necessary, personally I would move the old files into a sub-folder, and name that folder with a date code. For example, if all those files were from October 1, I'd name that folder 25-10-01. To me, this is cleaner than having multiple sets of files in the same folder.
