Bad blend AIR/ FUEL

Hello all,
My car (AUDI A4 B7 1.9 TDI ) smokes black (a lot) and consume a lot of carburant!
I have changed many parts of that engine but didn't manage to reduce nor smokes neither fuel consumation!
Please help me

Does it smoke all the time, or only when accelerating hard?
Have you had the car a long time, and has the smoke only started recently?

Thank you for your reply!
First of all i bought the car in july 2017 and it was already smoking but less than now
Second it smoke when i give hard acceleration when weather is warm and hot!
When it is cold it smokes white a lot even at slow motion (9000 rounds per minutes)
It become black when it's cold when hard acceleration!
Law has recently changed in france that's why it is now important to fix that problem or they will stop my car

White smoke (not just steam like you see on cold mornings form most cars) can indicate poor combustion.
Does the engine warm up properly?
Does it tick over nice and smooth?

If you post a map of the engine measuring blocks other forum users may be able to see some data that helps diagnose this

With the engine ticking over at normal running temperature

To make a map file
[Applications]
[Controller Channels Map]
Address: 01 (Enter the address of the control module in question, e.g. 01 for engine)
Function: Meas. Blocks/Adaptation
Output: Pre-Label File
[Start]

VCDS will now create pre-label files from the module you chose, once it's finished you will find this "map" file (file type/ending PLB, PLA and CSV) in the /VCDS/Logs/ folder.

Open the PLB file and past the contents into the forum between code tags like you did the autoscan

I think this function is reserved for CAN CAR BASED ONLY
My car is 2007.
It took the engine 45 minutes to reach 90 degrees at idle running.
Not steam ,real white smoke.

Does it tick over nice and smooth?

Also, does the engine cool down when you drive it, or does it stay at approximately 90 or more?
