Another way the TSK can end up faulted is if the ECU asks the ESP for some friction braking and it doesn't get confirmation that braking is being applied. I strongly suspect that's what's happening here. Not sure of the cause. Could be as simple as the ESP not being coded for ACC, but I would have thought that would fault at startup.The ACC stops working when it slows down, weird is that the fault is related to ESP but in the ABS/ESP module there isnt any fault stored.
My main point in mentioning the ACC radar SW version was to say this car has definitely been changed from factory. Think about someone screwing around trying to enable SnG on a FtS car or similar, which would also involve ESP. Or maybe this is a used radar from a collision repair.
