Cannot reset service light on 2002 Beetle?

I have tried the SRI reset on my wife's 2002 VW Beetle but when it tries to access that part it starts to load the page and then this comes up



i am as far as i know on the latest vcds software, and the instruments are service compatable as its showing 'service'. i have plugged into my Audi and the SRI section loads fine on that.

Any help greatly received and here is my scan:

[Adaptation - 10]
Enter channel 02
[Read]
The "Stored Value" is the current value for that channel.
Enter the "New" value of 0 (zero)
[Test]
[Save]

Has that turned the service reminder off altogether? or reset it to a standard service mileage?
