Hex-Net Interface Keeps Losing Connection With K Line

Are you plugging in the VCDS directly to the vehicles DLC ? Or, going through the brake-out box? (wasn't clear from your previous comments).

I have tried plugging both ways. Only used breakout box to see if I am getting good consistent power

Are you making the live measuring tests while driving the car? Or is it standing and just idling?

Older models often drop the measuring functions if the processor in the module cannot handle the update of live data while also running the car.

Since you have run autoscans on the '02, why don't you post an autoscan from it - see the blue bar at the top of the page if you don't know how. The "how to" menu will have the details.

So disabling some functions for the mouse and touchpad improved communication issues but still sometimes drops communication. I’m also trying to bleed my abs module but for some reason it won’t perform the function

Please elaborate. What steps exactly are you taking? Are you referencing a procedure in a repair manual while attempting this?

When I go into my abs brake module and go to basic settings. I go to the drop down box and click bleed abs module and it doesn't do anything.
