How to activate the car functions menu on MIB2 PQ ?

Is there a way to activate with VCDS the car menu on the Discover Media MIB2 PQ units that don't have the buton "CAR"

Funny, on the same unit (maybe not the same firmware) there's a dude on youtube with the combiantion of Voice+Menu+Nav is able to have this menu. I have tried but it didn't work.

Its not "funny" or surprising at all ; there are countless variants of your vehicle..... why do you think the forum asks for a complete Auto-Scan. (answer), because none are identical.
