I have a 2014 VW Passat TDI that had all 4 injectors replaced by the dealer under the dieselgate extended emissions warrantee about 1.5 years ago. Recently the car began to knock and run rough intermittently until recently when it became more permanent. CEL came on and gave me a code for over pressure detected on cylinder #1. Ran VCDS and checked the injector quantity deviation which looked like this at 94deg C;
cyl #1 1.38 mg/stroke
Cyl #2 .026 mg/stroke
cyl. #3 -1.37 mg/stroke
cyl. #4 -0.27 mg/stroke
Given this I decided to change injector on cyl #1.
After doing so there was essentially no change. Entered the new injector with VCDS and all just not sure where to look after this. Fuel pressure regulator, HPFP? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just to mention, some of the faults listed are from me unplugging injector 1 and 3.
