Audi Q5 8R HVAC no air on vent when heating

Hi all,

I’m looking for some help with my Audi Q5 2.0 TDI (8R).

When I set the HVAC to heat mode, there’s either no airflow or very minimal airflow coming through the vents. However, the system works fine when set to cold.

I ran a VCDS scan and found no fault codes. I can hear the blower working hard when it's set to heat, but no air is coming out of the vents.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
