There is a logfile off all changes you made, so it must be possible to get the original coding back... check the VCDS-folders for that file...

Look in C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\Debug for CodingLog.csv and AdpLog.csv - open them using Notepad not Excel.

... and nothing of value was lost, because Apple is worthless.

CarPlay is usually controlled by adaption channels in your 5F Infotainment module. Check for an AdpLog.csv file in that logs folder and see if you made any changes to adaption channels - if so, reverse those changes as well.

I went on the 5f infotainment and enabled the apple CarPlay but it still won't come on screen.everything else is working

CarPlay also requires an FEC code, maybe this has been lost due to the changes made to 5F?

Did you reboot the MMI after you made the change(s)? Should be press-and-hold the volume button until the MMI screen(s) turn off completely.
