Dear All,

I got a problem about I replaced a new DQ200 clutch (gen2) on my 2014 Golf 7, everything follows Luk's guide and tools.

When I do the basic setting, it stuck at 192, 0, 0 and valid. Even I tried to start the Engine, the status nor ang calibration movment can be heard.

Any idea ?

We do not have any experience with this dry clutch unit but that DTC looks like an issue with the shims. This may not be the best video on the topic but it may shed light on the procedure:
