009218 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump Control Circuit

I've done a smoke test and saw no leaks. I went into the vcds under 1 aka engine, and did an ouput test and the n80 and leak detection pump, located behind right rear inner fender, both tested ok. But the test tested it 60 times, i.e. clicking the relay and reported no failures. I replaced the n80 valve and still have the p2402 code but now when doing the output test the relay only clicks once and then counts to 60 and results in passing. That seems odd to me. I then replaced the leak detection pump located behind the right rear inner fender . Any help, thoughts, possibilities would help. Thanks
