I have a 2014 Audi Q7 3.0T with roughly 190k. Maintained well and has ran great since I bought it in 2017. A year or so ago I got a EPC and TPMS sensor codes alert and the vehicle went into sort of a limp mode that I have seen others describe. Rough idle at a stop, if you accelerate it feels nerfed. I let the car sit a day or so and when I went to check on it, problem was gone. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, same problem. This time, it will not go away. I have changed the battery. I have changed out every wheel speed sensor, first cheap amazon replacements, then I bought OEMs to be safe as rear left is still showing not working. I did new coil and plugs. I cleaned the throttle body. VCDS showing rear left speed sensor, when I clear it, it almost simultaneously pops again. I get random misfire codes that jump around cylinders, which is why I did plugs and coils, still random. Once you get past the rough idle and gentle acceleration, it runs and sounds fine. Only when back at a stop does it run roughly and smells like its running rich. I am defeated, any thoughts before I bite the bullet and argue with a shop about the codes showing issues that I have already addressed? Thanks in advance.
