Scan with car running or not produce different scan results

Should a autoscan be done with car running or not?
With car running i see more faults found with no symptoms then when running scan with car off.
Should i ignore those faults and focus on scan with car off? If so why are these faults generated?

Key on, Engine off is the normal condition for running scans.

In general, it is not sufficient to ask questions without posting the AutoScan
