I need help because after changing the instrument cluster on my Golg 4 with automatic transmission, the green press brake pedal warning light does not appear.

I would ass u me that he already paired it using a kkl for data extraction /cloning or a pin procedure..his complain reflects a missing "green foot " not starting issues but yes..you have a valid point all the same

first of all thank you for your kind feedback.
Indeed, the instrument cluster has been replaced in order to benefit from the FIS computer. This was done with a KKL.
Everything is ok, but I don't have the press brake pedal indicator in green. I thought it was possible to add it using the VCDS.

Those have nothing to do with the green pedal icon , perhaps your cluster is not so configured , i don t know , i usually change part for part number. Verify in instument coding perhaps you have the option to change to automatic.
The errors on the engine complain mostly about your acceleration pedal..

Nope, not there.

What I might try is to refresh the Gateway's coding. The "Gateway" is actually virtual in the cluster in these. Refreshing coding with what's already there (00006), followed by ignition off for 30 seconds and ignition on for 30 seconds (w/o starting the engine!) should cause it to re-build its internal installation list based on what it actually finds in the car.

@JMR You're right, I do have an electrical problem with the fan. Changed the alternator but the problem persists. Finally, the EPC light has been on for two days. I don't know where it's coming from, but it's probably linked to the accelerator pedal.
